Dan Milligan
	a sailor with passion

Dan Milligan is a disability activist, counselor and former high school teacher. He is not a competitive sailor, preferring to cruise the bay. He explains his Cerebral Palsy, "...which affects my right arm and leg. I won't say abnormal, because it is normal for me".
